Cards & Authenticity

Are all pulled cards real, physical graded slabs?
Yes. Every card in our inventory has been physically authenticated and graded by PSA, BGS, or SGC — the three most trusted grading companies in the hobby. They are stored securely in our vault and can be shipped directly to you.
How do I know what grade and cert number my card has?
Every card in your Collection shows the grading company, grade, cert number, and estimated market value. You can verify authenticity directly on PSA, BGS, or SGC's official lookup tools before requesting shipping.
Can I see the actual card before it gets shipped?
Your Collection page shows the card image including the slab. The cert number is also visible so you can cross-reference it on the grading company's official database.

Pack Opening

How does the digital pack opening work?
You purchase a pack using your balance. Our system randomly selects an authenticated card from the pack's pool, reveals it to you with a cinematic animation, and immediately adds it to your vault. No randomness manipulation — each slot is assigned before the pack goes live.
What is the minimum and maximum pull value?
Every pack shows a guaranteed min and max pull value. For example, a $50 Elite Pack guarantees a card worth at least $40 and up to $500. These ranges are honest — they reflect the actual pool for that pack.
Are the pack slots limited?
Yes. Every pack has a fixed number of slots. Once all slots are filled, the pack is permanently closed. This ensures the odds and value ranges are always accurate and never diluted.

Sellback & Value

How does the 90% instant sellback work?
If you don't want to keep a card you pulled, you can sell it back immediately from your Collection page. We instantly credit 90% of the card's listed estimated value to your balance — no waiting, no shipping required.
How is the card's estimated value determined?
We research recent comparable sales across major marketplaces (eBay, PWCC, etc.) before listing cards. Prices are set conservatively to ensure the sellback is always a fair deal for you.

Shipping

How do I get my card shipped to me?
Go to your Collection, select the card(s) you want shipped, click "Ship Cards," fill in your address, and submit. We'll confirm your order within 1–2 business days, package it securely, and ship tracked and insured.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured for the estimated value of the cards inside. In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, you are covered.
How long does shipping take?
Typically 5–10 business days after order confirmation. We'll send you a tracking number once your order ships.

Payments & Balance

How do I add funds?
Click "Add Funds" in the navigation menu. You can deposit any amount from $5 to $10,000 using any major credit or debit card, processed securely by Stripe. Funds appear in your balance immediately after payment.
Are there any fees?
No processing fees. The amount you deposit is the full amount added to your balance. Standard Stripe payment processing is absorbed by us.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We never store your card details. All payments are processed directly by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard in the payment industry.
