Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SlabCircle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SlabCircle. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Platform Description

SlabCircle is a digital pack-opening platform. Users purchase pack credits, open digital packs to receive authenticated graded trading card slabs (PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC), and may choose to:

  • Hold the card in their digital collection
  • Sell the card back to SlabCircle at 90% of the card's listed estimated value
  • Request physical delivery of the card to their provided address

4. Pack Purchases Are Final

All pack purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a pack is opened and a card is assigned to your collection, the transaction cannot be reversed. This applies to all pack tiers including Base, Elite, and Prestige.

5. Deposits and Balance

  • Deposits are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Account balances are credited upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Balances are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Unused balances may be refunded upon written request, subject to a review period of up to 5 business days.

6. Sellback Policy

  • Cards may be sold back to SlabCircle at 90% of the listed estimated value.
  • Sellback credits are added to your account balance immediately.
  • Estimated values are set by SlabCircle and may not reflect current market prices.
  • Cards that have been requested for physical shipping cannot be sold back.

7. Shipping

  • Physical card delivery is processed and shipped by SlabCircle.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • SlabCircle is not liable for delays caused by carriers.
  • Once shipping has been initiated, cards cannot be returned to your digital collection.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate and valid shipping address.

8. Card Insurance

Optional insurance is available at pack purchase. If you add insurance and your pulled card's value is below the guaranteed minimum, the difference will be credited back to your account balance. Insurance only applies per individual pack purchase and cannot be added retroactively.

9. Prohibited Uses

  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
  • Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to manipulate pack outcomes, card assignments, or balance systems.
  • Providing false information during account creation or shipping.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

10. Limitation of Liability

SlabCircle's liability is limited to the value of your current account balance. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Card values are estimates and are not guaranteed to match secondary market prices.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
