Refund Policy

Overview
SlabCircle sells digital pack experiences containing physical graded cards. Because our product is a digital service that immediately delivers a physical card assignment upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of these transactions.
Pack Purchases — No Refund
All pack purchases are final. Once a pack is opened and a card has been assigned to your collection, no refund will be issued. This is because the digital product — the pack experience and card reveal — has been fully delivered.
This applies to all pack tiers (Base, Elite, Prestige) and all optional add-ons such as insurance.
Account Balance — Refund Eligible
Unspent account balance (funds deposited but not yet used to open packs) may be refunded upon written request. To request a balance refund:
- Email slabcircleofficial@gmail.com with your registered account email and refund amount.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are not available for balances received through bonuses, credits, or promotional offers.
Sellback Credits
Sellback credits (funds added to your balance after selling a card back at 90%) are non-refundable and may only be used for future pack purchases or withdrawn as part of a general account balance refund request.
Insurance Credits
Insurance credits are automatically applied to your account balance when your pulled card's value is below the insured guaranteed amount. These credits are treated as account balance and follow the same refund rules above.
Shipping Orders
- Shipping requests that have not yet been confirmed may be cancelled by contacting us immediately.
- Once a shipping order is confirmed or marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If a card arrives damaged due to our packaging, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review and may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
- SlabCircle is not responsible for damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier after handoff.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error or received a duplicate charge, contact us immediately at slabcircleofficial@gmail.com. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
